How do I play Royal Drop?
Drop balls containing chibi characters onto the playing field. When two identical balls touch, they merge into a higher-level character. Try to merge as many as possible to achieve the highest score!
How do the power-up cards work?
There are 3 types of cards: Wild Card - turns a ball into any type you want; Flip Card - swaps the positions of balls on the field; Delete Card - removes any ball of your choice. Use them strategically to reach higher scores!
Does the game require an internet connection?
You can play completely offline. An internet connection is only needed when restoring purchases or using certain special features.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to the settings in the game and tap "Restore purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID that was used for the original purchase. If you still have issues, please contact us via email.
The game is lagging or crashing. What should I do?
Try these steps: 1) Close the app completely and reopen it; 2) Restart your device; 3) Update the game to the latest version from the App Store; 4) Make sure your device has enough free storage. If the problem persists, please contact us.
